Important OOLC update and a thank you for an amazing 2024

As we wrap up 2024, we want to take a moment to thank you for your incredible support this year. Your loyalty and trust have been the cornerstone of our success, and we are truly grateful for every one of you.

We also have a few important updates to share:
  • Christmas Break Shipping Pause: To allow our team to celebrate the holidays, we will not be shipping orders from December 23rd through December 25th. Normal shipping operations will resume on December 26th.
 
  • Year-End Family Travel: Recently, our family learned that a loved one has limited time remaining, and we will be traveling abroad to spend time with them and other relatives from December 30th to January 10th. During this time, customer service support will be limited, but one team member will remain on-site to fulfill orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding as response times may be slower than usual.

We also want to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! May your holidays be filled with joy, love, and special moments.
