Pre-order update + Important OOLC updates
Hello fellow crafters,
Thank you all once again for your continued trust and patience with your pre-orders. We deeply appreciate your understanding as we work through delays from the manufacturer. We always strive to be transparent with you, so you can have full confidence that we are actively working to get all orders shipped as soon as possible.
We understand that the expected shipping dates have shifted several times and know the frustrations of not getting your new products. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the manufacturer's and have no control when they ship products to retailers. However, after speaking with both our supplier and the manufacturer, we have been assured that the Tim Holtz 2024 Stampers Anonymous Everyday Collection Tidbits and Hodgepodge stamps will be shipped to us on the 16th of this month. Once we receive the products, we will begin processing orders immediately. We expect all orders with pre-orders to be fulfilled and shipped out by the end of the month.
We sincerely apologize for the extended delay, which has been one of the longest we’ve experienced. The manufacturer has faced production challenges, but we are committed to getting these products to you as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
A Quick Note on Combining Orders: For orders that include pre-order items, we will not ship until all pre-order products have arrived. If you would prefer to have your in-stock order delayed, please feel free to email us, and we’ll be happy to arrange that. However, please note that shipping would not be adjusted if orders are not combined.

- Tim Holtz Thinlits Dies: Christmas Vault die: All products have arrived: shipping now!
- Tim Holtz Halloween Stamps & stencils: Collection expected to ship to us 9/16. Orders to ship once product arrives.
- Tim Holtz Advantus Halloween Collection: All products have arrived and are shipping now.
Our business is moving: We have been given notice that the warehouse we currently rent will no longer be available to us after Oct 1st. We are in the process of locating a new warehouse that will accommodate our size plus allow us to expand to bring on new brands and products. We are very excited and will try out best and is still in the same area.
We will be moving towards the end of the month and will be updating our customers with more details as we get closer to our move date. We will be trying to cause the least amount of delays with orders during this move but we will ask for some patience as we catch up with hundreds of pre-orders and regular orders.
