About Our Name

Our name comes from a poem written by C.T. Studd, "Only one life, will soon be past, only what's done for Christ will last." Studd gave up a fortune in inheritance money and a successful cricket career to be a missionary in China, India, and Africa in the late 1800s. We continue this same vision in all we do. The purpose of this store is not to amass wealth which will one day be worth nothing, but to invest in charities and missions work around the world which make a real difference in people's lives.
