USA SHIPPING RATES
We offer simple shipping rates based on the amount you spend on products after any discounts are applied:

| Spend $20.01 to $60 | Shipping rate: $7.50 |
| Spend $60.01 to $100 | Shipping rate: $8.00 |
| Spend $100.01 to $150 | Shipping rate: $5.50 DISCOUNTED RATE! |
| Spend over $150 | Shipping rate: FREE SHIPPING! Wahoo! |
When you choose one of these flat shipping rates, we will ship your order in the cheapest way possible, which may be USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. If you prefer that we ship via UPS, you can choose that option at checkout and your rate will be determined based on the weight of the order.
*These rates are for the 50 US states only. US territories will be charged based on the weight of the shipment.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our normal shipping schedule is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We do not guarantee delivery times, but we do provide tracking information via email and/or SMS.
Although we will do all we can to help with shipping and delivery problems, we cannot take full responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of the mail carrier unless a clear error was made on our part. Any issues with your shipment need to be brought to our attention within 10 days of the expected delivery date. In the very rare case that a package is completely lost, we will file a claim with the postal carrier and in the majority of cases we will reship the products at our discretion.
Undeliverable Shipment Policy
If a package is returned to us because of a problem with the address, we will give you the option of purchasing another label so we can reship the package to the correct address. Otherwise, we can refund the full price of the products purchased minus our cost for shipping and a processing fee of 3% of the order total.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
Prices can be previewed in multiple currencies, but all purchases will be charged in US dollars. Currency conversion is only an estimate based on current exchange rates. Actual rates may vary slightly from those displayed on our store.
We will ship to almost any country by request. If your country is not currently listed, simply write to us at help@onlyonelifecreations.com and we will add your country. Due to current limitations placed on retailers by the European Union, we have chosen not to ship to EU countries.
By placing an international order, you assume responsibility for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, or brokerage fees required by your country for importing consumer goods. Only One Life Creations cannot estimate customs fees and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs, nor are we responsible for shipments that are lost or delayed in transit.
International shipping rates are based on weight. You can calculate your shipping rate by entering your shipping address in the checkout process.
TIP FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The shipping cost per-item can be quite expensive when only ordering only one or two small products. This is why we recommend to our international customers that you place orders less frequently but make them larger orders with multiple products at a time. This lowers the per-item shipping cost substantially.
