We have an important update regarding your pre-order for the Everyday Collection #2 Tidbits and Hodgepodge Stamps. Please accept our deepest apologies for the ongoing delays with these items.
Stampers Anonymous has continuously provided us with expected shipping dates, only to postpone them time and again. Most recently, we were given a new estimated date well into late October. Unfortunately, despite their assurances, we no longer have confidence that they will meet this commitment.
It has been a difficult decision, but we have determined that the best course of action is to refund your order for these specific stamps. We do not want to keep you waiting indefinitely without any certainty, and this is the most responsible step to take at this point. Your refund will be processed promptly, and any other items from your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
As a gesture of our appreciation for your patience, we will be including a free gift with your shipment: the Tim Holtz 9.5" Titanium Shears (819EUS), valued at $21.49. We hope this small token helps to make up for the inconvenience caused.
