Refund policy

Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by emailing us at help@onlyonelifecreations.com prior to 8:00am (PST) on the morning that your order is scheduled to ship. Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. To cover payment processing fees, we will deduct a 3% fee from your refund total. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. 


Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. 

To request a return, please contact us at help@onlyonelifecreations.com to initiate the return process. You are responsible to pay for return shipping. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as an invoice to pay for the return shipping costs. Please note that we will only charge you the amount we pay for our discounted shipping rates. If you prefer to ship the item back yourself without using our return label, you are still responsible to contact us to initiate the return. Please do not ship items back to us without first contacting us! 


Damaged or defective products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we confirm that your item needs to be replaced, we will send a new one at no extra cost to you. In some cases, we may need to issue a refund rather than shipping a replacement. We will let you know if your defective or damaged item needs to be shipped back to us. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see "Returns" above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once your returned item is received and confirmed to be in new condition (unopened and still in original package), we will issue a refund for the amount you paid to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will refund the amount you paid for the product plus any applicable taxes. This amount may be less than the listed price of the product if any discount or Happy Crafter Rewards points redemption was applied to the order. In the case of Happy Crafter Rewards points being used, we will reimburse the prorated amount of points that were used on the refunded product(s) back to your Happy Crafter Rewards account.
