Were Moving + Order combining paused

Hello Everyone,

We hope this message finds you well! We wanted to update you on some important developments at OOLC, and as always we appreciate everyones support throughout the years.


As part of our ongoing move to a new location, we will not be able to combine any pre-orders for the time being. This includes both existing orders and any new pre-orders placed after September 24th. We have implemented this policy to help clear out a backlog of orders and to prevent further delays on existing orders, as we are now receiving pre-order items that were placed some time ago.

Our goal is to prioritize getting everyone’s orders shipped promptly, rather than delaying them by combining new pre-order products with existing orders. We will still combine regular orders that do not include pre-order items. However, pre-orders will be shipped separately until we have caught up with the backlog (expected to start combining again in a few weeks).

We greatly appreciate your understanding as we focus on shipping your items as efficiently as possible.

Additionally, please note that starting 9/25, orders will be not be shipped and email responses will be delayed due to the move. Shipping will resume on the 30th of this month. We understand this may cause some delays, and we sincerely appreciate your patience during this time.

On a positive note, we’re excited to inform you that the Tim Holtz Tidbits and Hodgepodge stamps are shipping to us this week!!! Once we’ve completed our move and they have arrived we will begin processing those orders promptly.
